
Ingredients:
400g oven cook chunky chips
1/2 box Anita’s frozen curry sauce
Tomatoes
Cucumber
Red onion
4 to 5 tblsp natural yoghurt
Fresh coriander, chopped
Fresh chillies, chopped (optional)
Method:
1. Cook the oven chips according to packet instructions
2. Add 2 tablespoon of water to the curry sauce, mix. Cook in microwave for 5 minutes until bubbling or on the stove in a pan until it bubbles
3. Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, onion and mix with yoghurt and salt and pepper to taste
4. Layer your plate as follows:
Cooked Chips
Curry sauce
Yoghurt salad
Fresh coriander
Chopped chillies
