
Ingredients:
2 x packets of uncooked prawns
3 x tablespoons cooking oil
1 x box of Anita’s frozen curry sauce
Fresh chopped coriander
1 x teaspoon sugar
½ lime
Method:
1. Pour boiling hot water over the frozen sauce and fill to the rim of the box to start the thawing process
2. Heat the oil and add the prawns in one layer, cook for 30 seconds on each side and remove from pan
3. Add the sauce to the pan, don’t worry if not thawed completely and bring to the boil over a high heat
4. Reduce the heat to medium and add the prawns
5. Simmer for 15 minutes and add the sugar
6. Continue to cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens and then remove from heat, add the fresh coriander and a squeeze of limeto serve.
