Guests are greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival before making themselves comfortable around my purpose-built kitchen.
The dishes are cooked in front of the guests for a live cooking demonstration. Taste each dish, fresh and fragrant bursting with flavour and learn the many useful tips to recreate them if you wish.
The Indian private dining experience and cooking demonstration is made even more sociable because you can drink your own favourite wine or beer bought at supermarket prices through the evening, so remember to book a taxi home!
The meal ends with my delicious homemade dessert which is a soothing finish to the spicy meal followed by coffee or mint tea.
